Inside Tracks

This is a show that invites you to meet people with local connections. They come from all sorts of backgrounds and all walks of life, and they all have different experiences and perspectives.

In this radio show, their choice of music takes us through the important moments in their lives.

Pete Whitehouse started the show, meeting hundreds of people who shared their life stories. You can see him below at a recording with local football legend Steve Bull. Tim Beech took the reins from Pete, and mid-2026 David King moved into the host's chair.

You don't need to be a superstar. You don't need to have a fancy title. You certainly don't need to be famous. The only qualification is to have a connection with the West Midlands.
